We are so happy to see a turn in the market after several rather “dry” years!

Up to the end of October this year, 17 more residences sold than in all of 2012 — and the year is not quite over!

There were only 9 lots that sold on Donner Summit in 2012 compared to 20 thus far this year.

Serene Lakes Residential Sales – January 1, 2013 – October 31, 2013

The market definitely picked up in 2013.  In all of 2012, 23 single family homes sold in Serene Lakes.  This year, up to October 31, 33 homes sold – and all of these were “standard” sales, no short sales or bank owned properties.

Serene Lakes Vacant Land Sales – January 1, 2013 – October 31, 2013

There has been a turnaround in the market.  In all of 2012, only 5 lots sold in the subdivision. This year, just up to the end of October, twice that many have sold, including one lakefront parcel.
